バーチャルモール「夢四国」のお客さま情報流出のお詫びについて

当社が運営するバーチャルモール「夢四国」のお客さま情報の一部がインターネット上で閲覧可能となっておりました。該当するお客さまにご迷惑をお掛けし、誠に申し訳ありませんでした。心より深くお詫び申し上げます。
つきましては、これまでの状況等について次に記載しましたのでご高覧下さい。
１ 概況
平成２４年４月１９日（木）から２４日（火）に、３名のお客さまから連絡が あり調査したところ、インターネット上でお客さまの情報の一部が閲覧できる状 態となっていることが判明しましたので、２４日までにデータの削除を行い、３名のお客さまへのお詫びを行いました。
２ 流出が確認できたお客さま情報
「夢四国」のお客さま情報に関する一部
○お客さま数 ６，３９３名分
○内 容 お名前、メールアドレス、郵便番号、住所、電話番号
３ 原因
通常の方法では閲覧できないが、グーグル等の検索エンジンで一致する氏名やメールアドレス等で検索した場合には閲覧が可能となる場所（フォルダ）にお客さま情報ファイルを存置してしまったため。
４ 判明後の対応等
①該当するお客さま全員に今回の事実をお知らせし、お詫びをいたします。
②当社に専用のメールアドレスを設置し、お問合せに対応します。
③今回の事象が発生したことに鑑み、情報管理の厳正な取り扱いを行うことを徹底してまいります。
